Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 May 2026 · For users in the United Kingdom · These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing https://vivovita.world/ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. You confirm you are at least 16 years old, or you are using the site with permission from someone with parental responsibility. The site is offered to consumers and general readers in the UK unless we say otherwise.

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Where changes are material and you have a continuing contract with us (for example a paid subscription introduced in future), we will explain how acceptance works. For general browsing, continuing use after we post changes may constitute acceptance of non-material updates; material changes that affect how we process personal data or cookies will be reflected in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If we use paid online advertising (for example Google Ads), we aim to keep ad wording consistent with what you see here: free lifestyle guides and optional free community-style meet-ups. We do not use our site to market prescription medicines, unlicensed cures, or guaranteed health results.

2. Operator identification

The site is operated by Vivovita.world, bloc, 17 Marble St, Manchester M2 3AW, United Kingdom · Phone +44 7557 368304 · Email clients@vivovita.world.

3. Nature of content

Articles, calendars, FAQs, and downloadable planners are general lifestyle information about everyday drinking habits. They are not medical, dietetic, or other regulated professional advice and do not create a clinician–patient relationship, coaching contract, or emergency service. For personalised guidance about your health, speak with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

4. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory material submitted through our contact form or other channels.
  • No attempts to compromise security, probe vulnerabilities beyond normal use, scrape content at rates that impair our service, or introduce malware.
  • No misrepresentation of affiliation with Vivovita.ddd.
  • No harvesting of email addresses or personal data from workshops or pages for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules are broken or where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics, and logos are owned by Vivovita.world or used under licence. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution for non-commercial discussion. Any commercial reuse, systematic extraction, or training of automated systems on our content requires our prior written consent, except where UK law allows (for example limited text-and-data mining rights for lawful purposes where applicable). Open-source assets (for example fonts and Remix Icon) remain under their own licences.

6. Third-party links, services and embeds

Maps, fonts, analytics (if you consent), and outbound links may be supplied by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use their services. Embeds may process data or set storage on your device; see our Cookie Policy.

7. Events and community activities

Workshops and similar sessions are informal education. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own safety, travel, and insurance where appropriate. We may cancel or reschedule for operational reasons; we will try to notify people who have RSVP’d by email when we hold contact details.

8. Liability

Free guides are provided “as is” for general information. To the extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for loss that is indirect, consequential, or punitive, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site or reliance on our content.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you act as a consumer). If you are a consumer, unfair terms in consumer contracts regulations may void certain provisions that would otherwise be unfair; we intend these Terms to be fair and transparent.

9. Privacy and cookies

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Complaints and disputes

Email clients@vivovita.world with concise details; we aim to acknowledge within five UK business days. If you are a consumer and remain dissatisfied, you may contact Citizens Advice for guidance on your options. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution provider, but we will consider good-faith proposals where appropriate.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of or in connection with them or the site are governed by the law of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory rules that give you the right to sue where you live (for example consumer jurisdiction rules), the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; where you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your home courts.
